Kathleen Lange - Master Cake Designer and International Instructor since 1980, from Sandpoint, Idaho.

Today, Kathleen is a highly regarded international chef instructor, sharing her expertise, love for baking, and teaching through special orders and reservations in her Idaho Home Cottage Kitchen.

Katheen’s 43 years of expertise and recipes have been tested by family, friends, students, and previous wedding clients.

Most recently, Kathleen coached and judged with a student/friend Michelle Sohan as Team Trinidad and Tobago in the World Cake Competition, Milan, Italy, winning Best Tasting Cake in the World, competing against 18 countries.
